Findlay & Niemeyer Inc. wishes to place on record that Adv Mkhize is not employed by, associated with, affiliated to, or authorised to represent Findlay & Niemeyer Inc.

The firm has not authorised Adv Mkhize to use its name, letterhead, branding or details, nor is he authorised to issue correspondence, accept instructions, brief counsel, appear in matters, or otherwise represent that he is acting for or on behalf of Findlay & Niemeyer Inc.

The firm is aware of multiple instances in which its name and/or documentation has been used without authority and is taking the matter seriously.

Members of the public, legal practitioners, advocates, prosecutors, court officials and other institutions who receive any correspondence, brief, instruction or documentation purporting to originate from Findlay & Niemeyer Inc. involving Adv Mkhize are requested to verify its authenticity directly with our offices before acting upon it.

Any suspected unauthorised use of the Findlay & Niemeyer Inc. name, letterhead or details should please be brought to the firm's attention.
