Findlay & Niemeyer Inc. has become aware that an individual identifying himself as Adv Mkhize is using, and/or has caused to be used, the name, details and/or letterhead of Findlay & Niemeyer Inc. in communications and purported legal instructions or briefs.

Findlay & Niemeyer Inc. wishes to place on record that Adv Mkhize is not employed by, associated with, affiliated to, or authorised to represent Findlay & Niemeyer Inc.

The firm has not authorised Adv Mkhize to use its name, letterhead, branding or details, nor is he authorised to issue correspondence, accept instructions, brief counsel, appear in matters, or otherwise represent that he is acting for or on behalf of Findlay & Niemeyer Inc.

The firm is aware of multiple instances in which its name and/or documentation has been used without authority and is taking the matter seriously.

Members of the public, legal practitioners, advocates, prosecutors, court officials and other institutions who receive any correspondence, brief, instruction or documentation purporting to originate from Findlay & Niemeyer Inc. involving Adv Mkhize are requested to verify its authenticity directly with our offices before acting upon it.

Any suspected unauthorised use of the Findlay & Niemeyer Inc. name, letterhead or details should please be brought to the firm's attention.

EMAIL SPOOFING

It has come to our attention that one of our staff member’s e-mail had been “spoofed”

“ Email spoofing is a technique used in spam and phishing attacks to trick users into thinking a message came from a person or entity they either know or can trust. In spoofing attacks, the sender forges email headers so that client software displays the fraudulent sender address, which most users take at face value.”

Attention Firm’s name is being fraudulently used by Sizakala Group

It has come to our attention that our Firm’s name is being fraudulently used by Sizakala Group. We are in no way associated with Sizakala Group. We do not facilitate or assist in obtaining or processing any application for RDP Housing. We attach a copy of the form sent to defraud persons applying for RDP housing. We also request that should you receive the information contained in the mentioned you are more than welcome to contact us.
